Founder
Chase is the founder and visionary behind The Ranch of Bois D'arc. He brings together experience in construction, real estate development, entrepreneurship, and community building to create a new model for how families can live.

Ryan
Operations Lead
Ryan is also co-owner of Neighbors Homes and is the Managing Partner of 2811 Development. He leads operations and growth strategy for The Ranch of Bois D'arc, bringing a blend of operational leadership, project management, and business acceleration to the team.

Reed leads home construction and resilient infrastructure for The Ranch of Bois D'arc, bringing more than a decade of experience in commercial and residential construction, infrastructure, and land development.

Farm & Ranch Lead
CJ leads the farm and food systems at The Ranch of Bois D'arc, bringing hands-on experience in regenerative agriculture, livestock systems, aquaponics, greenhouse ecosystems, and sustainable food production.
Our story
Three generations of building in Texas.
Before The Ranch, our family spent three generations building homes and developing subdivisions across Texas through Neighbors Homes. That work taught us everything we know about land, infrastructure, construction, and what it actually takes to deliver a community, not just draw one on paper.
It also showed us the limits of the standard subdivision model - the sameness, the fragility, the way communities can drift into places nobody really loves living in twenty years later.
What NfiniteX is for
A new purpose behind familiar work.
NfiniteX Communities is the vehicle for what comes next: applying decades of building experience to communities designed around working farms, resilient homes, real land ownership, and neighbors who know each other.
