A family-built community, not a subdivision play.
The Ranch is being built by a small group of families with real skin in the game - the kind of place we want our own kids to grow up in.

God's Word drives our worldview and our purpose - it's how decisions get made and how life gets carried out here. We say it plainly because it shapes how we approach the land, our neighbors, and the long horizon of what we're building.
You do not have to share our faith to live here. You are welcome. We just want you to know what we are, so you can decide with clear eyes whether this is a community you want to be part of.

First Look
Get full access on the /learn page - first look at lots when reservations open.

Reservation
$500 non-refundable deposit and a signed letter of intent. Locks your priority order and lot preferences.

Live Sale Day
In reservation order, we offer each buyer the option to place a specific lot in contract.

Closing & Build
Cash close as early as ~10 days, financed ~45 days. Home construction begins on your timeline within 2 years.
