A community founded on Biblical principles.
God's Word drives our worldview and our purpose in life - it's how decisions get made and how life gets carried out here. We say it plainly because it shapes how we approach the land, our neighbors, and the long horizon of what we're building.

What we mean by that
The families behind The Ranch follow Jesus Christ. That faith informs how we think about stewardship of creation, care for our neighbors, hospitality to newcomers, and the responsibility to leave the land better than we found it.
You do not have to share our faith to live here. You are welcome. But we want you to know what we are, so you can decide with clear eyes whether this is a community you want to be part of.
We're working thoughtfully on how to protect this land's purpose for future generations, and we'll share more as those plans take shape. What we can say now is that this community was founded on Christian faith and is intended to reflect it - in how we build, how we neighbor, and how we care for the land.
